Frederick Wray was very pleased to win a commission to work with one of the country’s most established award winning chefs and restaurateurs Sat Bains. We were invited to Sats restaurant to discuss designs for the reopening. Since that initial meeting we have worked closely with Sat to bring his design ideas to life, within a structured timetable.
